Registration Process:

Thank you for parents who are interested in Monarch Montessori School. We encourage you follow through the registration process and schedule a private school tour and interview from November to January.

Step 1: Fill in and send back the Registration Form via Email

• Obtain the registration form from Monarch Montessori School’s website.

• Fill in the required information on the form and ensure all fields are completed accurately.

• Scan and send it back to info@monarchmontessori.ca

 

Step 2: Schedule a Private School Tour and an Interview

• Upon receiving your registration form, the admissions office will review your application.

• Please schedule a private school tour and an interview when your child is at least 2 years old from November to January via Email.

• The tour is about 30 minutes.

 

Step 3: Attend the Private School Tour and Interview

• On the scheduled date, arrive at Monarch Montessori School at the designated time with your child.

• During the tour, you and your child will have the opportunity to explore the campus, observe the classroom, and learn more about the Montessori Approach.

• After the tour, an interview will be conducted with you and your child to assess the readiness and fit for the school.

• Be prepared to answer questions about your child’s interests, educational background, and your expectations from Monarch Montessori School.

 

Step 4: Confirmation of Enrollment

• Following the tour and interview, the admissions office will evaluate and consider all factors and make decision.

• The confirmation of enrollment is communicated via email from the admissions office to parents by March for the upcoming school year.

• Confirmation emails will only be sent to applicants accepted by Monarch Montessori School. Applicants who are not accepted will not receive any email notification.

• If your child is accepted, the communication will include instructions for completing the enrollment process, such as submitting the required fees, signing enrollment contracts, and providing additional documentation if necessary.

 

Waitlist

• Should our classes be full, your child will be offered a space on the waiting list. It is common for a few families to have unanticipated changes. Spaces may become available at the last minute.
